CG Notes is designed for family or friends, professional caregivers, and anyone involved in the care of another person.

Whether you’re helping a loved one, managing multiple clients, or coordinating care with others: CG Notes helps reduce stress and keep everything organized.


Do I need medical or technical experience?

No. CG Notes is designed for everyday use by both family and professional caregivers. You don’t need any medical or technical background. If you can use a smartphone, you can use CG Notes.


Is my information secure and private?

Yes. Sensitive data is secured, and only you and the people you choose to share with can access it. CG Notes does not sell or share care recipient data with third parties, and data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Your information is private and for your eyes only unless you manually invite another user into your workspace and explicitly authorize them to view it.


How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Create an account with your name, email, and password (it takes less than 5 minutes). From there, you can begin adding care information right away and build out your records over time. For additional guidance, you can follow the steps on our onboarding page.
